Transcendence Counseling

My clients struggle like you do. Despite being intelligent, capable, and supportive of those they love, life is hard. When they first come in, they feel overwhelmed and unbalanced, pulled in too many directions. They feel hopeless, unaccomplished, and frustrated. They worry that they’re pushing people away when they say “no”. Whether it’s at work with coworkers or clients, or with family and friends, they feel resigned to the needs of others. Before they came to see me, they felt guilty for being annoyed and exhausted. Other people seem to be able to do it all, why can’t they? Like my clients, you deserve to put yourself first without worrying about letting down your family, friend, or boss. Feeling calm and balanced without an overburdened schedule is not out of your reach. If you want to say “no” and mean it without guilt or fear I’d love to help you get there. Through therapy together we can work towards achieving your goals in a safe, compassionate, and authentic space.
